Artdeco - Eyelights in Violet (Glam Star Collection)

I'm sure many of you can understand me when I say it that this review was hard for me. Because to be able to make a review of the Eyelights Highlighter and eyeshadow set, I had to destroy the great surface. But for a review, you can put up with that:)

The Eyelights Set is intended either as a highlighter or as an eye shadow. It comes out with the Glam Art collection and costs € 19.50 (10 g). I received the set in purple (thanks to Artdeco for that!), But there is also a brown version.

First of all, I'd like to say something about optics: I really like the set. The colors, the pattern, the packaging ... really a dream! I could well imagine that this palette would become a collector's item or was thought of as such.

The strong glitter that you can see very well in the photos is an overspray. This should have disappeared after brushing once or twice with the brush.

As a highlighter for the cheeks, I would apply the brightest tone with a fluffy brush. The effect is very noticeable and sparkling.

Below that will be the 3 colors.
On light, light pink/beige white.
A cool, light pink/lilac tone.
And a dark violet.

In the next photo, I applied the overspray to my back with the brush:

You see: pure glitter. The glitter particles are quite rough and like flying in the area. However, once you have fought your way through the overspray, it will look like this:

The glitter is more subtle, but still very strong. Used as eyeshadow, you can create a great, eye-catching party makeup with the set. The eyeshadows are a little sheer, but here the focus is clearly on the glitter. Therefore, I would recommend the bright eyeshadow as a highlighter in the eye make-up. In addition, you should apply the eyeshadow with a moistened brush, as they crumble something.

The Eyelights set is for me clearly a beautiful collector's item, in which mainly the optics counts. As a highlighter, the set is very glittery and suitable for the Christmas season, if it may be something more. If you are looking for eyeshadow colors, you should look at the eyeshadows in the standard Artdeco range, as they are slightly better pigmented.
