Artdeco - Dita von Teese Fall Favorites: Baked Powder and Eyeshadow

I was allowed to pick a few products from Dita Fall LE at Artdeco, of which I already told you here . The choice was extremely difficult for me, I would have loved to test everything! As already written in the preview post, red lips are not my cup of tea, so I skipped the lip products completely. I have already tested two products of the LE for a few days and would like to share my opinion with you today.

Let's start with the most interesting product for me the LE: the highlighter. I have to say, I'm just divided into two. He's beautiful, that's out of the question. If you drive over the baked dome, it is very silky and has a good shimmer. The shimmer is not too subtle, not too flashy, just right. Since it has a slightly golden impact, it is not too cool and smells anybody standing between NC 5 and NC 35. The grain remains after repeated use. A solid, high quality, highlighter with a nice look.

BUT , and now comes the question of all questions, is it really worth € 29.50? I have to say no, I would not have bought it myself. Especially since I find the plastic packaging for this price not high enough. I agree with Lus opinion , I like the Highlighter of Shiseido at least as much. Or the Fairy Dust Highlighter from Catrice. You could now argue with the massive content of 15g, but I do not need a 5g or a 15g highlighter, so the amount is irrelevant to me.

In addition to the highlighter, the eyeshadows still interested me. Blackened shimmer eyeshadows are currently in vogue since Urban Decay's smoked range. Actually I wanted all three (green, blue, plum), but then I finally decided only for the green mascarade to test the texture. As it is often the case with blackened eyeshadows, they develop their beauty and their shimmer only with a little tutoring like a black base. Unfortunately also with Mascarade . In the dry state, it has a good color output, but the glimmer on the eye is unfortunately not much to see.

The eye shadow is basically not wrong! It is well pigmented and blends well, but unfortunately not as intense in the dry state as in the pan.

I'm happy to submit wearing pictures, but my camera is currently causing me so many problems that I did not manage to take nice pictures in a hurry. You may already recognize it from the photos in this post. I'm working on it, but I did not want to postpone this post too far.

PS: the LE will hit stores in mid-September. I was free to choose the products from Artdeco for free. Thank you for that!

Have you spotted the LE and taken something with it? I would also be interested in your opinion on the price-performance ratio of the Highlighters. What do you think, in which direction Artdeco would like to go?
