Nagellook: sky blue with glitter

Today I felt like something squeaky, girlish and so I'm on this station wagon come. Although I like the color of O.P.I's - What's with the Cattitude? beautiful, I can not recommend the paint absolutely. I've never had such a streaky, sheer O.P.I paint. I am used to other quality.

Here is the recipe:

1 Layer Microcell as Basecoat
3 Layers OPI - What's with the Cattitude?
1 coat of Color Club - Magic Attraction
1 coat of Seche Vite as Topcoat
